We are looking for a collaborative and highly engaged and highly motivated Account Manager to drive revenue growth across a set of existing customers and own the customer relationship. Responsibilities:
Lead proactive discovery conversations to uncover new opportunities within existing accounts Call on existing client base to sell additional Spectrio services. Own, drive, and manage the end-to-end customer relationship - ensuring customer satisfaction, renewal, and expansion Leverage prospecting skills to bolster pipeline with additional leads, all the while contributing to best practices to support the success of the greater Spectrio team Drive an effective sales process to achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals. Actively prospect to supplement the lead flow provided by a dedicated team of Client Care Specialists. Develop a thorough understanding of Spectrio products and the value it brings to customers
Qualifications:
5
years' sales experience as an Account Manager or Account Executive Experience selling in the technology landscape working between both marketing and information technology teams Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required Consultative selling experience resulting in growing existing accounts A track record of hitting and exceeding goals Strong track record of meeting sales objectives such as quota and productivity requirements Customer oriented Problem Solving & analytical mindset Commercial Accumen Collaborative and Highly Engaged approach Working knowledge of Google Workspace Knowledge of Salesforce.com a plus Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required Capability to work in a Virtual fast paced environment Considering candidates in the Southeast U.S. including FL, NC, SC, TX, TN, KY.
